	Before DOC Band treatment - head is severely flatten in back Brachecyphalic - completey flat in the back, headshape is wide and tall February 6, 2001 - approx 6 mo old
	After DOC Band treatment - head has rounded nicely in the back.  Achieved nearly 95% correction after 2 bands. November 12, 2001 - GRADUATION DAY
